Ballymena Chamber Hosts Inspiring “Women at Work” Workshop in Ballymena

Ballymena Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently delivered a highly engaging and thought-provoking members’ workshop, “Women at Work – From Overload to Capacity”, in partnership with Sarah Lacey of Nourish and Nurture and Dr Carol Strahan.

The event took place at the elegant Tullyglass House Hotel & Residences, bringing together professionals from across the Ballymena business community for an insightful session focused on wellbeing, resilience and performance in the workplace.
From Overload to Capacity – A Timely Business Conversation
The Women at Work workshop explored the increasing pressures faced by professionals and business leaders, particularly women balancing multiple responsibilities across work and life.
Sarah Lacey and Dr Carol Strahan delivered a compelling session centred on:
Managing workplace stress and avoiding burnout

Practical strategies for improving wellbeing and productivity
