Chamber members Clarke Facades have announced that they have secured the full building envelope contract for the redevelopment of Stanmore Hospital in North London on behalf of the RNOH NHS Trust alongside Balfour Beatty.

The first phase of the redevelopment will involve the construction of a new five-story inpatient ward facility for the specialist Neuro Musculoskeletal Orthopaedic Hospital, based in Stanmore. The building of a new inpatient facility is the first phase in the long-term plans for redeveloping the Stanmore site, where many of the buildings date back to before the Second World War. The project is expected to be complete in August 2018. The new buildings are set to be a reflection of the world class work done in the clinic.
